个人亮点方面我们可以从以下几个角度着手：1)若是在大学四年期间学习能力尤其突出，就可以从学习方面写所获得的奖学金、证书等;2)若是大学四年期间参加校园活动、社团或学生会活动较多，就写自己的'实践活动;3)若以上两个方面都不突出，可以从性格特征、兴趣爱好角度来展现自己;4)如果是有工作经验的同学在介绍自己时需重点描写工作经历，像考MBA、MPA的小伙伴要以工作经历为主。
