人们的工作压力越来越大，随着社会当中人们的生活节奏在加快，上班族越来越多长时间的蹲在一个办公室里面，就容易会造成患上各种关节疾病，比如说有的朋友们会感觉骨头总是响，坐时间久了，突然间活动一下嘎嘣了一声，我们来了解一下是怎么回事。

一、仪容

1、发型

发型能最直接地反映考生的精神面貌，也能看出考生的品味和对细节的关注程度。一个凌乱不堪的发型，是无法给考官留下好印象的。考生头发的长度是有讲究的，头发也不能五颜六色。

男性的发型发式，一般要求干净利落、整洁自然;不宜过长，但最好也不要剃光头;基本的要求是“前发不覆额，侧发不掩耳，后发不过领”。女性发型总体要求是轻爽利落、美观大方，不要披头散发、发饰过多。女性可以烫发，但要给人稳重感，不要太前卫或轻浮。

2、面容

面容的总体要求是端正庄重、修饰避人、整洁干净、简约朴实、得体自然。男性应养成每天修面的好习惯，保持干净整洁，不蓄胡须、鼻毛不外现，口无异味。女性在面试场合应以裸妆为宜，保持清新、自然、柔和、淡雅、突出眼唇，建议考生面试时不要使用香水。

3、指甲

考生在面试时应保持手部清洁，不蓄长指甲，不使用醒目的甲彩。

二、着装

1、服装

面试着装的总体要求是端庄得体、干练精明、朴素大方、温文尔雅。由于是研究生考试，所以考生在穿着方面主要表现出稳重、大方、富有涵养的形象即可。

2、鞋袜

在面试场合，建议考生不要选择尼龙袜和白色袜子。男性如果要着西装，应注意鞋袜与西服的搭配，皮鞋要清洁(黑色为首选)，袜子应与裤子、皮鞋颜色的颜色相同或其他较深颜色，而不能是浅色或者白色。女性穿套裙时宜穿皮鞋，根据套裙颜色配肉色或深色长统袜或连裤袜，不能穿黑色或镂花的丝袜;女性在面试场合不能穿凉鞋、凉拖等前露脚趾后露脚跟的鞋。

3、配饰

饰物与配件的佩戴最重要的是要与服装构成一个有机的整体，在考生面试中女性可以配戴大方得体的饰品，但不要过于夸张，当以朴实为宜;男性在面试场合最好杜绝饰品。

三、仪态

1、表情

在考场上，考生的面部表情应从容、镇定、自信，目光坚定，表情自然，不慌不忙不急不躁，体现出应有的气度与风貌。答题时要做到表情自然，切忌僵硬死板、面无表情。

笑是面部表情的一种，它是考生在面试考场除口头表达外的'另一种语言。研究生考试的面试中，考官通常都比较和蔼可亲，所以考生从进入面试考场那一刻起，要懂得适时微笑。

2、目光

考生在答题时，应注意与考官的眼神交流。这一点非常重要，考生不能只关注一个考官或导师，而“不闻不问”其他考官或导师。用眼神与每位考官进行沟通是十分必要的。

四、姿态

“行如风，站如松，坐如钟”是对人体姿态审美标准的最好概括。

1、行姿

行姿的基本要求是“安静、稳定、合礼”。人走路的形态能反映出一个人的个性、情绪及修养等，是形象礼仪的一部分。考生要想塑造良好的形象就不得不注意走姿。

2、站姿

站姿的基本要求包括站立端正、不应持物、双腿稍分、双腿安稳、避免散漫五个方面。

3、坐姿

考生在面试考场坐姿应注意稳重、静态、直挺和端正。

4、小动作

考生从进入面试考点到离开考场要注意一些小动作，如：望天花板、不停翻眼、拂头发、摸耳朵、咬嘴唇、抖腿、无意识的玩手指、玩笔、或笑场用手捂嘴的情形。

五、语言表达

1、音量

根据心理学、生理学原理，人处于兴奋状态下容易充满自信、声音洪亮，反之则亦然。因此在答题的时候，音量适当提高半拍，声音洪亮有利于刺激潜能，尽快进入状态，越说越兴奋、越说思路越开阔、越说越有激情，注意抑扬顿挫。

2、语速

不要过快，因为语速太快思维空间小，更容易出现脱节卡壳的状况。这就对我们的语速提出了要求，即说话掌握好节奏，不急不慌，边说边想，娓娓道来。

3、语气语调

语气语调要有高低起伏、抑扬顿挫，最忌死水无澜、毫无变化。同时大部分考生在表达的时候语气词过多，如：啊，呢，哪，喔，啦。平时，在练习的时候，我们可以给自己录音，反复拿来听，看看自己存在哪些语气词，多加练习，逐渐改掉这些毛病。

4、语言规范

对于考生而言，面试的过程中一定要注意语言的规范与风格。

对于竞争较大的面试者要记住，面试中没有敌人，大家都是在同一起跑线上的人，要保持良好的心态，不要焦虑，抛开一切包袱，要冷静思考面试中我需要准备什么，面带微笑，用最佳的形象去迎接面试。

根据《复旦大学20xx年硕士生入学考试参加复试分数线基本要求》，MPA(社会定向)的复试分数线为英语50分(含)以上，管理类联考综合100分(含)以上，总分170分(含)以上。鉴于20xx年生源质量比较好，经校研究生院同意，现将招生计划调整为社会考生录取 320 人。符合复试条件的社会考生名单附后。

面试分为综合知识面试、英语口语两项内容。

(三)背景评估(个人信息表请见附件) (满分20分)

背景评估从以下几个方面进行：

①工作背景;②立功获奖;③学习背景;④科研成果。

请考生提供相应的`证明文件原件供审核。考生应对填写的内容负责，如果发现考生故意提供错误信息，则取消该考生录取资格。

(四)总成绩

总成绩由全国联考成绩和复试成绩加权相加构成，其中全国联考成绩占60%，复试成绩占40%。

复旦大学MPA教育中心将根据总成绩的排名，向我校研究生院上报拟录取名单，按相关程序录取。

四、培养类别确认及定向培养协议的签订

按照招生计划，我校招收的非全日制MPA考生，培养类别均为定向培养。复试时，我们将对考生进行培养类别确认。非全日制定向考生一旦被我校拟录取，考生所在工作单位须与我校研究生院签订定向培养协议，否则不予录取。

特别是刚刚改革考试科目的专业，如人大经济类的专业，今年的初试全校统一考试内容，以前的初试科目都改在复试中考，所以以前的初试真题对于复试来说特别重要，复试题目有可能和原来的题目重合，甚至可能和给本科生、研究生上课的期末考试题目重合，因为老师一般会考核自己最重视的.题目。

技巧四：注重衣着，言谈举止大方得体

首先是个人形象，穿着不能太随意，但也不能太正式，毕竟学校的环境是很轻松的。其次是进门一定要和在座的老师打招呼，并自我介绍，这样会给老师们留下很好的第一印象。随之递上一份学术简历，记住是学术简历，必须强调你本科做了多少学术课题，看了什么专业书，写了多少文章，发表了多少文章，若有发表，最好带上当期刊物请老师验证。因为读研后，老师需要学生做很多学术方面的事情，对学术能力或潜力特别看重。另外，言谈举止一定要自信、谦虚。这点相当重要，不会答的问题一定要诚实 “ 交待 ” ，让老师重新给一次机会另外回答一个问题；会答的问题一定要表现得从容不迫、条理清楚、思路明确、专业术语规范。考生要让老师了解自己扎实的专业知识和良好的语言表达能力。面试结束时，考生要向所有老师说 “ 谢谢，老师再见 ” 后再离开。

一. 了解报考院校专业往年的英语口试形式

各院校各专业的复试口试形式各不相同，一定要对症下药。可以通过询问以前考过的师兄、师姐们来了解复试口试的形式，可能的话，了解一下口试中常出现的问题。

总的来说，复试口试有这样几种类型：自我介绍;读某篇英文文章，然后进行翻译或回答相关问题;抽到某个话题进行演讲、阐述;两三人就同一个话题进行讨论、辩论(多人一起复试的情况);自由问答(可能是专业或与专业相关的时事热点问题，也可能只是了解个人情况)。

二. 了解导师/考官

首先必须了解导师在该专业的研究方向，可能的话，看看他们写的书，因为在专业问题上，导师一般都会往自己研究方向上靠拢;其次，了解导师在口试中常问的一些问题及习惯(这个又得求助于师兄师姐们了);最后，可以给导师打电话，让他/她知道你是谁，有你这么一个考生参加复试。

三. 对以下几个方面要多加注意，适当练习几遍

1、见面问候语：Good morning / afternoon, dear professors. I am XXX. (Nice to meet you。)。告别用语：Thanks for your time. / Thank you for giving such a chance. I hope to see you again and soon。

2、 自我介绍篇(重点)。基本上每个院校每个专业的口试中都会涉及这一方面。考官其实是要借此了解你的口头表达能力以及你的报名表之外的一些信息。自我介绍时间以2-3分钟为宜。思路要清楚，要突出重点，口语尽量流利(不要太流利了，有背诵之嫌)。

1) 考官要求你作自我介绍时，不要用…let me introduce myself briefly / please allow me to introduce myself to you等句子，重复、啰嗦。开头可以只用一句话引入：Dear professors, I feel so glad to meet all of you here.然后就可以进入主题，介绍姓名、年龄等等。

2) 自我介绍的主体内容

① 姓名。介绍自己姓名时，发音一定要准(南方考生要多加注意)。

② 年龄。年龄可以跟在姓名后带过(I am XXX, 25 years old)。

③ 原来的院校、专业。注意：一定要把原来学校的英文名称、专业的英文名称弄清楚(尤其是跨校、跨专业的学生)。

所属的公司、职位。注意：在职考生则应将自己公司、自己职位/职称的英文名称弄明白。

④ 性格、能力。可以着重强调你的个性对你报考的专业有何积极的作用。如果报考的是学术性的专业，可以说自己细心(carefully，detail-oriented)、条理分明(logical)、踏实(steady)等;如果是研究性、应用性更强一点的专业，可以说自己负责(responsible)、可靠(dependable)、有效率(efficient)等。

其他的一些表示性格、能力的形容词有：active, aggressive(有进取心的), adaptable, amicable(友好的), analytical(善于分析的), cooperative, creative, disciplined, dutiful, energetic, faithful, gentle, independent(有主见的), innovative, motivated, modest, objective, precise, punctual, precise(一丝不苟的), temperate等等。

在职考生或有过工作经验的考生还可以强调一下你的工作成绩，如：As the assistant to the General Manger of XXX Company, I have helped to negotiate a 0,000 deal for the corporation.

⑤ 爱好。All work and no play make Jack a dull boy. 除了强调你的学习的重视，同时也要避免给考官一种“书呆子”的感觉。一般可以从体育、音乐、电影等方面来说，同时要简单说明这些爱好对你的积极意义(build my body, relax myself, open my mind…);注意避免提到那些可能引起考官反感的爱好，如：playing computer games，watching TV等。

⑥ 你对报考的专业有兴趣(be interested in/be fascinated with/be obsessed with…)，可适当举出一些例子，如经常看相关的书籍、论文、文章、新闻等。在职考生可以强调知识教育对工作的影响： In my work, I find it necessary to broaden my horizons in communication. That’s why I long for entering your prestigious university.

3) 结束时可以用说：That’s all about me. / Well, that’s who I am. Thanks for your attention.

3、关于自己家庭、家乡、原来的学校的一些情况，尤其要注意原来学校的英文名称。

1) 家庭。需要注意的是，考官并不是为了做人口调查而提出这个问题的，所以应该避免流水账似地介绍家庭成员;要尽量说明家人(尤其是父母)对你造成哪些方面(性格、职业规划、做事风格等)良好的影响。可以参考以下句式结构：Just like my father, I am especially interested in history. / Though my father is an ordinary worker, his responsible attitude towards work has a great influence on me.

2) 家乡。正所谓“一方水土养育一方人”，考官实际上是想从你对家乡的介绍中找出有关你性格、志向的线索。可以从历史、历史人物、著名景点、独特风俗或特产等方面来简单介绍，注意要表达热爱家乡的情感。

3) 学校。如果是本校考生的话，在自我介绍中就可以点到(拉近跟考官的关系)。如果是外校，考官通常会问：Why did you choose our university? 那么我们就可以说说它与报考院校之间的异同，然后说明为什么你选择这个学校(I do love the atmosphere in your university. It is full of youthful spirits.);要注意的是：一定要说明你对在原来的院校接受教育心存感激之情appreciation(从好的方面说一说)，着重强调希望能被录取，表达自己坚定的决心、展望一下未来。

5、 意外情况——没听清，你应该怎样要求老师再说一遍(Pardon?/ Sorry, I can’t follow you. / Sorry, I lost you. Can you repeat that question again?);需要时间思考、整理思路的时候，不要出现沉默，可以用一些hmm, err, well等语气词;不会回答某些问题时，千万不要不懂装懂，可以明确地告诉老师你不知道(Sorry, but I have no idea about it。)。

6、跨专业问题——老师通常会对跨专业的学生问这样一个问题：为什么会选择这个专业?不要前篇一律地回答只说“我对这个专业感兴趣”，可以把每个人都会谈到的原因简要地罗列一下，对具有自己特色的原因则可大谈特谈，详细地阐述自己的观点，让老师印象深刻。

7、专业知识——在英语口试中(非英语专业)，如果老师提问专业问题，通常不会指望你能进行流利的、专业性强的阐述;但是一些专业术语的英文说法还是有必要了解一下的。

8、提出问题——在面试快结束的时候，一般老师都会问，你有没有什么要问的(Do you have any questions to ask?)。一般不适合说“I don’t have any question。”可以问考官一两个你关心的问题。

三、复试内容及办法

复试内容包括专业课笔试考核、英语听力、口语和综合素质、能力考核三个部分,满分300分。

(1)专业课笔试

专业课笔试考核科目的`名称及参考书目由各专业以书面形式作出规定,并在网上公布。专业课复试满分为100分,采取闭卷考试,考试时间一般为2小时。专业课笔试应重点考查考生对专业理论及相关知识的掌握是否扎实、深厚和宽广,是否具备本专业研究生入学的基本要求。

对同等学力的考生,除了规定的复试内容外,还需以笔试的形式加试不少于2门本专业本科主干课程。加试科目不得与初试科目相同,难易程度应严格按本科教学大纲的要求掌握。考试时间为每门科目3个小时,每门试卷满分为100分。加试成绩不计入复试成绩。

(2)英语听力和口语,满分为100分。

(3)综合素质、能力

综合素质、能力采用面试形式进行,满分为100分,重点考查考生的知识结构、实践能力、综合分析和解决问题的能力、创新能力、外语应用能力、语言表达能力及应变能力,以及对道德品质、心理素质、综合素质等能力的考核。

面试时间:每位考生的面试时间一般在20分钟以内。

面试办法:复试小组对参加复试的考生逐个进行面试并进行书面记录,面试考核应由专业复试小组集体评分,当场决定。

注：毕业学校及个人信息变更的考生：获得最后学历后，毕业学校名称变更、本人身份证号变更、本人姓名变更的，复试时须提供《教育部学历证书电子注册备案表》或《学历认证报告》。本人身份证号码变更、本人姓名变更的，还须提供户籍所在地派出所开具的同名证明，或提供户口簿复印件(须注明为同一人)。

(三)复试流程

1.笔试

(1)时间：4月4日13:00-15:00;

(2)科目：《政治理论》、《管理学》。

(3)政治笔试参考范围为《中国共产党第十八届中央委员会第五次全体会议公报》、《中华人民共和国国民经济和社会发展第十三个五年规划纲要》以及国际国内重大热点及新近两会热点。

2. 综合面试

(1)时间：4月4日15:00-17:00;

(2)重点考察学生的管理水平、专业基础知识、素质能力、道德品质、举止表达、知识面等情况。

三、录取

根据考生的综合成绩(初试成绩和复试成绩各占50%)排名高低进行录取。

篇一：复试通知书

各位考生：

您好！首先祝贺您通过初试进入我校复试阶段！

为保证复试工作顺利进行，现将我校复试须知通知如下：

一、复试目的与原则

复试主要对考生的基本素质和综合能力加以考察，结合初试和复试表现，综合评判考生的发展潜力。

复试坚持公开、公平、公正原则，择优录取。

二、复试内容及组织办法

1、考生复试资格的确定

（1）符合教育部文件规定的报考资格要求，（2）初试成绩达到教育部规定的西部线（B类——最第一档分数线）复试分数线（145/36/72），并报考新疆财经大学的考生。

2、复试主要内容及办法

复试内容包括政治理论、外语听力、综合素质及能力面试（含英语口语）三个部分。

（1）政治理论：采用笔试（闭卷）的形式，3—5道论述题，满分100分，答题字数每题不少于500字，60分以上（含60分）为及格。

（2）英语听力：采用闭卷笔试的形式，30分钟，满分100分，60分以上（含60分）为及格。

（3）综合素质及能力面试（含英语口语）：具有一票否决权

评委随机提问，主要考查仪表举止行为、语言表达能力、应辩能力及管理知识等。面试成绩满分100分。考生面试成绩取评委平均分。

3、评委组成评委由校内校外专家组成，每组评委3-5人。

4、考生面试顺序由3月31日（周日）报到时抽签确定。

5、拟录取名单于6月底公布于MBA学院网站上（ 交大南门，进南门后向西150米管理大楼

乘车路线：从火车站乘坐607路公交车；乘飞机坐机场大巴至钟楼，乘坐612、252路公交车可到达

从火车站打车至交大南门约15元，机场打车至交大南门约120元。
