一、激发兴趣，维持活力。

“兴趣是孩子们最好的教师。”使学生带着浓厚的兴趣去学习，将会使教学工作取得事半功倍的效果，这是我教学中最深刻的体会。激发小学生的学习兴趣并不难。小学生初学英语，对英语充满了好奇与向往，与中文迥然不一样的语音语调使他们跃跃欲试，欧洲国家的风土人情使他们眼界大开，再加上课堂上，我使用了很多的彩图、实物、头饰、音乐等作为教学工具，设计了丰富多采的教学游戏，让学生在玩中学，在学中玩，身心愉悦地上英语课，在不知不觉中就掌握了知识，使英语成为他们最喜欢的科目。

但更重要的是将这一学习的活力坚持下去。学生到了四、五、六年级，英语课便比较没有新鲜感了，并且随着资料的加深，学生也渐感吃力。对高年级的学生，一方面我适当改变教法，设计出更新颖有效的游戏活动辅助学生理解、记忆，激发学习兴趣，另一方面，也在尝试新的活力激发点。比如，在英语对话、竞赛、表演中让学生尽情、自由发挥，体验成功的喜悦与满足;在课外举行效仿欧美习俗的聚会等，让学生有机会在浓厚的英语氛围中学习英语，从而产生学英语、说英语的强烈愿望。

二、及时复习，反复操练。

俗语有云：“一日不唱口生，一日不练手生。”所以，在英语教学中我要求学生必须对所学资料倒背如流，脱口而出。所以，每一资料传授完毕后，我都要求学生及时背诵、记忆，确保每一学生在单词、句子的听、说、读、写过关。每一天早上，学生必须将所学资料读至少一遍以上，随时坚持学习英语的最佳状态。在每一堂英语课前，我都会用英语与学生自由交谈。经过反复的操练，学生对知识自然能掌握得牢，用得活了。

三、严抓书写，打牢基础。

学英语并非是一朝一夕的事，可谓“nevertoooldtolearn.”(活到老，学到老.)那么，基础的重要性便不言而喻了。初学时如果在书写上或是发音上有不良的习惯或错误，在以后将很难纠正。所以，在小学英语教学中，我在书写和发音上要求异常严格，哪怕是abc这样简单的字母。在书写上，我要求学生先书空，再在练习本上写，最终写到作业本上。乱涂乱画及不贴合四线三格书写规则的一律重写至规范为止。“磨刀不误砍柴工”，做好了准备，打牢了基础，既使教学活动更顺利、更规范化，也为学生将来学习英语铺就一条平坦大道。

学习动机是直接推动学生进行学习以到达某种目标的心理内驱力，动机产生于需要。教师要了解学生的心理结构、认识结构、情感结构，运用正确的心理策略，以学生为中心，环绕着学生的种种心理需要进行教学。兴趣是影响学习自觉性和进取性的最直接因素。所以教师要从教学实际出发，运用学生乐于理解的教学形式，激发学生的学习兴趣，满足他们进取学习的心理需要。加强中学英语教学的活动性是培养学生学习英语兴趣的行之有效的方法。经过游戏、唱歌、比赛、表演等教学形式，能够把学生的认知活动与情感体验巧妙地结合起来，同时也是向学生进行道德品质教育的极好机会。

教学相长就是说教与学是相互联系，密不可分的。众所周知，要想切实贯彻素质教育的要求，教师必须要开展以学生为主体的课堂教学，为学生语言的运用供给真实的语境和创造机会。所以，了解并认真分析学生情景，有针对地开展英语教学对教学成功与否至关重要。所以，在备课时，我力争将教材目标和学生的实际结合，认真思考最适合学生的教学方法和手段。农村的学生英语听、说的本事相对较弱，在授课时我尽量使抽象问题具体化和枯燥问题趣味化，尽力去提高学生学习英语的兴趣，在教学实践中大胆尝试分层次教学以满足不一样层次学生的需要。了解及分析学生实际情景，实事求是，具体问题具体分析，能否做到因材施教，对课堂教学效果有直接影响，这就是教育学中提到的“备教法的同时要备学生”。我在自我教学实践中亲身体会到了这一点。

教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和进取性，曾有一位前辈对我说：“备课备不好，倒不如不上课，否则就是白费心机。”我明白到备课的重要性，所以，每一天我都花费很多的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。

实践证明，教师不但要充分地备课并有效地调动学生的进取性，同时又要有驾驭课堂的本事，因为学生在课堂上的一举一动都会直接影响课堂教学。所以上课必须要设法令学生投入，不让其分心，这就很讲究方法了。上课资料丰富现实、教态自然，讲课生动、难易适中、照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。英语是一门外语，对学生而言，既生疏又困难，在这样的大环境下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。所以，我采取了一些方法，如尽量多讲一些有关英美国家的文化知识、生活故事，帮忙同学经过使用互联网来学习英语，为他们学习英语供给动力和活力。

一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和教师都获益不浅。相反，我没有认真备课的时候，课堂气氛沉闷，教学效果不好，与此相比可见，认真备课对教学十分重要。异常是对英语这门学生不甚熟悉并感到困难的外语来说至关重要。

回顾这学期的工作，使我感到既繁忙又充实，异常是在区教研员和校领导的指导下，我的教学思想和教学水平都得到了很大的提高，并取得了一些成绩。但也存在不足，为了使我在今后的教育教学工作中取得更大的提高。下头我将这一学期的工作评价如下：

一、思想政治方面

在这学期的教学工作中，我自始至终以认真、严谨的工作态度，勤恳、坚持不懈的工作精神从事英语教学。我进取响应学校的各项号召，进取参加政治学习，认真领会学习资料，以教师职业道德规范为准绳，严格要自我。在教学中，能够做到为人师表，关爱学生，帮忙学生对英语学习充满学习热情和信心。初中英语教学工作评价

认真搞好备课，异常是团体备课。教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，既要备教材、备学生，又要备教法。备课充分，能调动学生的进取性，上课效果就好。所以，了解和分析学生情景，有针对地教对教学成功与否至关重要至关重要。这个班在小学的英语学习基础差，远远不足，并且本班中等生占较大多数，尖子生相对较少。所以，讲得太深，就照顾不到整体，时间长了，学生的学习进取性就会欠佳。所以教学时针对不一样情景，在授课时采取了不一样的方法。效果就比较梦想。

因为英语的特殊情景，学生在不断学习中，会出现好差分化现象，差生面扩大，会严重影响班内的学习风气。所以，绝对不能忽视。为此，我制定了具体的计划和目标。对这部分同学进行有计划的辅导。我把这批同学分为三个组。第一组是有本事提高，但平时懒动脑筋不学的同学，对这些同学，我采取团体辅导，给他们分配固定任务，不让他们有偷懒的机会，让他们发挥应有水平;第二组是肯学，但由于本事不强的同学。对这部分同学要适当引导，耐心教导，慢慢提高他们的成绩，不能操之过急，且要多鼓励。只要他们肯努力，成绩有望搞提高;第三组是纪律松散，学习不认真，基础又不好的同学。对这部分人要进行课余时间个别辅导。因为这部分同学需要一个安静而又不受干扰的环境，才会立下心来学习。只要坚持辅导，这些同学基础重新建立起来，以后授课的效果就会更好。

学生在学习中会不可避免的出现两极分化现象，差生面扩大，会严重影响班内的学习风气。在日常的教学中我没有忽视这一现象。为此，我制定了具体的计划和目标，利用业余时间对这部分同学进行有计划的辅导。

在早读时，我坚持下班了解早读情景，发现问题及时纠正，课后发现学生作业问题也及时解决，及时讲清楚，让学生即时消化。另外，对部分不自觉的同学还采取背诵等方式，提高他们的语言表达本事。

期中考和期末考是考察每位同学在本学期的学习成果，所以应当予以重视。考试前我带领学生进行系统的复习，考试后进行成绩的评价和分析。另外，还发现学生的语言运用本事不够强，所以以后的教学中我要加强对学生`在这方面的训练，力争让学生简便学习，熟练掌握。而考试结果证明，适当辅导差生对班的整体发展有很大帮忙。

听课也是提高自身教学本事的一个好方法，新教师仅有多听课才能够逐渐积累经验。所以对每一次听课的机会我都十分珍惜。听课的主要对象是我们组的优秀教师的课，同时也听其他教师的课。本学期，我听了二十多节课，我的收获很大，逐步掌握了一些驾驭课堂的技巧。听完课之后，把教师们上课时讲到的记在听课记录上，然后对我自我的备课教案进行修改，将他们很多优点和长处应用到我的课堂教学当中去，取得了较好的效果。

精讲多练是我采取的另一个巩固学生所学知识的方法。在课堂上，我少讲精讲，让每位同学做好笔记，掌握知识重点难点，然后给予他们的时间练习加以巩固，课后留有适当不一样层次的作业让不一样层次的学生去练习，这样经过精讲，多练，让学生在听的过程中掌握知识，在练的过程中巩固知识。同时，我又让每位同学准备一个错题本，在我每次评讲习题的过程中，把他们易错的习题和知识点重点记在错题本上，以便于平时有重点地去记忆和理解。事实证明，这一方法切实可行，也行之有效。

总之，经过一个学期的努力，期末考试就是一种考验。无论成绩高低，都在必须程度上体现了我在这学期的教学效果，也是我和学生共同努力的见证，更会促使我继续努力，多问，多想，多向优秀教师学习，争取更大提高。
