生命第一，患者至上。急诊科工作需要人员时刻待命，只要接到120指令，必须迅速出车，记得去年11月份一个阴冷的上午，接班没多久，电铃骤然响起中原路发生重大交通事故。迅速上报，启动突发重大公共事件应急救应急预案。派出两辆救护车迅速赶赴现场。精神科护士先进事迹随车到最前沿参加抢救。时间就是生命，到达现场惨不忍睹，车两侧蜷卧着一个个呻吟的伤员。快速检诊、初步处理、迅速转运。救护车上躺着两位病人，由于巨大的恐惧不言不语；表情痛苦，面色苍白，精神萎靡，左腿严重毁损、畸形，我一边安慰患者，一边迅速为他建立两条静脉输液通路。救护车呼啸着前进，车子强烈的惯性使我很难维持平衡，突然双膝跪倒在车厢里。我强忍疼痛做完一切抢救治疗，见病人的左腿不时坠下车座，强烈的责任感使我不忍心让那个患者再受到一丝一毫的伤害，一路上我就一直半跪着，两手臂紧抱着患者的伤腿回到院内。在医院领导有效指挥下，患者被快速分流，继续接受抢救和治疗，大家悬着的心才稍感安慰。第二天，患者的姐姐到我们科，很感激的说；谢谢啦，你们抢救很及时，我弟弟的腿保住了，避免了被截肢的危险。我们用心为患者治疗，得到家人的肯定，内心感到无比欣慰。
以心为灯，原做生命的守护天使。急诊科危重病人集中，“时间就是生命”在这里最能体现，急救人员的反应速度、技术水平可瞬间决定病人生死，有天下午，120指派接回一位酒精中毒的病人，回到医院门口病人突然面色口唇青紫，自主呼吸消失先进护士事迹，我顾不得戴口罩、戴手套，迅速打开病人气道，拍打病人背部，用手指抠出病人口腔内呕吐物，病人仍无反应，一边通知医生，一边告知家属：病人呼吸停止，可能随时死亡，快速置入口咽通气管，病人的气道内有气体溢出，立即吸出气管内呕吐物、在医生的指导下应用抢救药物。大家全力配合，病人得救了送往ICU病房。一系列抢救措施快速而准确。当看到一丝生命的曙光，虽然满手污物，但心里充满无比的激动和自豪，感受着人生最大的幸福和快乐。
选择这个职业，就是选择了奉献。在护理工作中，我总是严格要求自己，力争精益求精，最大限度地减少病人的痛苦。凡是其他护理人员解决不了的棘手问题，我是随叫随到，从不例外。我家离医院很近，即使不值班半夜也常常被手机铃声惊醒。记得有天晚上下班后回到家休息，科里打电话说两辆急救车都出诊了，其中一辆接诊的是一个喝农药的孩子，需要急诊洗胃；我二话没说，立即赶往单位，3分钟后，赶到了科里。当准备好洗胃液，已是满头大汗；还没来得及喘口气，外科护士先进事迹那个喝农药的患者就被接到了急救室。吸氧，插胃管，洗胃，用药，刺鼻的农药味，让人胃里翻江倒海，强忍着呕吐的欲望，紧张有序的配合着医生的抢救工作。半个小时后，洗胃液终于无色无味了，患者的生命体征也稳定了下来；当陪送患者住院后，我才感觉到全身酸乏无力，双腿像灌了铅一般沉重。
淡薄宁静无怨无悔，以救死扶伤为己任，用真心，爱心，同情心呵护每一位患者，曾几次，外出接诊回流浪，无家可归，智障的病人，他们有些几天都没吃上饭，我们宁可自己饿着也会把自己留作午餐或晚餐的食物拿出来让他们吃，有天中午有位智障的患者，拿着我给他吃的食物，说：“给，你也吃吧。”他们的单纯让人感动。纵使心智残缺，但心灵却是完整的，他们会感觉到我们善意的，温暖的爱。
把苦、累、怨留给自己，将乐、安、康送给病人记得有天夜里1点多钟，中心指派救治一位心梗的病人，记忆深刻，那位病人的家在6楼，体重有130公斤左右，只有他50多岁的爱人在身边。患者病情危急，家属很着急。医生，司机和我决定费尽全力也要把患者从楼下抬来，当时的我每迈出一步都是那么的艰难，终于将患者安全抬到救护车上，我们类得满身是汗，直喘粗气，继续迅速应用急救药品，快速，安全，有效地把患者送往病房，我们的争分夺秒没有让病人失去最佳的救治时间，当患者治愈出院和我们告别时，我的内心感到无比的自豪和开心。
